Mobile Phone Museum is an online archive of mobile phones from 1982 through to today.
You can browse the collection of 2,848 devices by the year they were released or their curated lists, like fashion, phones in movies, and ugliest (my favourite.)
A few of their devices are currently being exhibited at the Museum of Global Communication in Penzance, Cornwall (about ~6 hours by train from London.)
